Cellular Sales and Customer Service Associate Day to Day
- Drive customer engagement and brand loyalty through dynamic customer engagement and interactions
- Execute strategic sales to achieve and exceed outreach and sales metrics.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AT&T products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions by actively listening to their needs, questions and requests
- Work with customers directly to manage their accounts, set up devices, and be a part of their full cellular sales cycle
- Collaborate with Cellular Sales and Customer Service Associate team members to share best practices and contribute to a high performance sales culture
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
