NOW HIRING:

  • Restaurant Purchasing Manager

This position requires the ability to lift 45 LBs and perform duties that involves placing, inspecting, receiving Food & Beverage deliveries. You will prepare Purchase Orders and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Participate in month-end inventories for food, beverage, and operating equipment as required.
  • Must have a high level of multi-tasking and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and multiple ordering platforms.
  • A strong foundation in Culinary and food production processes will benefit the applicant as well.
  • Knowledge of Inventory, cost controls and Florida Health Department standards is a must.
  • Effective Communication, Research and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
