NOW HIRING:
- Restaurant Purchasing Manager
This position requires the ability to lift 45 LBs and perform duties that involves placing, inspecting, receiving Food & Beverage deliveries. You will prepare Purchase Orders and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Participate in month-end inventories for food, beverage, and operating equipment as required.
- Must have a high level of multi-tasking and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and multiple ordering platforms.
- A strong foundation in Culinary and food production processes will benefit the applicant as well.
- Knowledge of Inventory, cost controls and Florida Health Department standards is a must.
- Effective Communication, Research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
