Responsibilities:

  • Manages high number of sales and purchasing transactions.
  • Prepares and send sales quotes to our customers and follows up to receive their purchase orders. Must be comfortable making multiple sales quotes and contacting suppliers and customers overseas.
  • Order processing: receiving and confirming customer purchase orders, reviewing quantities and pricing. Process multiple purchase orders and update the system to reflect changes in shipping status, and actual quantities in transit.
  • Handles customer inquiries or concerns quickly and professionally by email and telephone to maintain good customer relationships and ensure highest level of customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintains a strong relationship with customers and vendors and work hand to hand with team members of other departments such as Logistics, Quality Control and Accounting.
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards.
  • Perform related duties as required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Strong listener and problem-solving oriented skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and with the team.

Requirements:

  • Need to be bi-lingual English and Spanish (able to speak & write in both languages).
  • +2 years inside sales experience (selling and buying business to business).
  • Previous order processing experience will be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy and exceptional organizational skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
