Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and licensed Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team at a busy ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) practice. The ideal candidate will provide hearing evaluations, hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, maintenance, and follow-up care for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and screenings under the supervision of the audiologist or physician.

Counsel patients regarding hearing loss and available amplification options.

Recommend and dispense appropriate hearing aids or assistive listening devices based on patient needs.

Fit and program digital hearing aids using manufacturer software.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and in-office repairs of hearing instruments.

Provide patient education on device care, usage, and warranty information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Coordinate with ENT providers, audiologists, and support staff to ensure cohesive patient care.

Stay current with hearing aid technology and industry trends through ongoing training and certifications.
