In just a few years, Dragonturf has established 6 distribution centers and partnered with hundreds of contractors, becoming one of the most recognized names in the industry.
Our mission is simple: deliver premium turf products at unbeatable value — straight from the factory to our customers.

Compensation & Benefits

First 3 Months (Training Period):
• Base Salary: $30,000/year
• Commission: 30% of profit

After 3 Months (Full-time Employment):
• Base Salary: $40,000/year
• Commission: 20% of profit

⛽ Additional Benefits(After 3 Months):
• $100 monthly gas reimbursement
• 7 days paid time off (PTO)
• Company-provided work phone

Typical Earnings:
Most of our motivated sales reps earn between $60,000–$100,000+ per year, depending on performance.
There is no income cap — your results define your rewards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, landscapers, and B2B clients

• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead follow-up to closing deals

• Represent Dragonturf products with professionalism and integrity

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus!)

• Experience in landscaping, construction, or building materials preferred

• Self-motivated, reliable, and performance-driven

• Must demonstrate honesty, professionalism, and commitment
