What You’ll Do
- Engage Prospective Clients – Connect with leads through outbound calling and inbound inquiries.
- Evaluate Credit Needs – Conduct client consultations to uncover credit challenges and goals.
- Educate & Build Trust – Clearly present our credit repair process, timelines, and compliance with federal regulations.
- Present & Enroll – Deliver compelling service presentations and close sales by matching clients with the appropriate credit repair solution.
- Manage CRM Records – Track client interactions, progress, and follow-ups using our CRM platform.
- Meet & Exceed Targets – Achieve monthly enrollment quotas and earn commissions and performance-based bonuses.
- Collaborate with Team – Work closely with fulfillment, support, and leadership to optimize client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in financial services, credit industry, or high-volume outbound sales.
- Communication Skills: Strong phone presence, active listening, and persuasive speaking ability.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRMs, Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools.
- Compliance Mindset: Commitment to ethical sales practices and adherence to credit repair laws (e.g., FCRA, FTC).
- Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, resilient to rejection, and eager to succeed.
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree or relevant certifications a plus.
