Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in providing outstanding support and service. This position requires a customer-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions and follow up on customer requests.

Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest enhancements.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging conversations professionally.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus..
