Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in providing outstanding support and service. This position requires a customer-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.

  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions and follow up on customer requests.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest enhancements.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.

  • Uphold Moises|Gross’s commitment to excellent service and client care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging conversations professionally.

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus..

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
