Job Title: Tax Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Salary: $100k-$120k (DOE)
Requirements: 5+ Years of Public Accounting Tax Experience

Position Overview
The Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning functions for our clients, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations while providing strategic tax advice. This role requires a deep understanding of tax practices and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of corporate and individual tax returns.
  • Develop tax strategies and provide tax planning services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Review and analyze complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax audits.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members in tax procedures and compliance.

Qualifications

  • CPA certification is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Experience with partnerships, S-Corps, and tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
