Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region (and now Florida!), whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.
What you'll be doing:
Prepping and making food! Ideal candidates will add value to our back-of-house operations by promoting quality, cleanliness, efficiency, safety, and a team-focused atmosphere. Pairing delicious food with our craft beverages is where you come in. Providing our guests with stellar menu items is priority!
This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.
Pay rate is $16.00 - $21.00 per hour based on education, experience and interview.
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of food handling experience
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- A helpful, supportive, attentive demeanor - teamwork makes the dream work!
- Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation
- Availability to meet our needs during our hours of operation
- Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule
- Able to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocols
- Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
- ServSafe certification a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
