We are currently hiring driven Health Insurance Sales Agents to support our client’s expanding operation in Boca Raton. Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

This is not a cold-calling role—agents receive exclusive, high-intent live transfers daily, giving you the tools to close and earn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and offer the most appropriate health insurance plans

• Accurately calculate deductibles, premiums, and explain policy coverages

• Quote and enroll clients in Short Term Medical, Indemnity, or Limited Med plans

• Collaborate with your sales team in a fast-paced, supportive office environment

• Maintain compliance standards and represent client offerings professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-pressure phone sales (retail not included)

• No active license required—company will help you obtain one

• Self-driven, disciplined, and resilient

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a commission-only environment

Compensation & Growth:

• Earn 35% core policies and 65%-70% of ancillary premium

• Weekly earning potential ranges from $1,000 to $2,500+

• Top performers can earn $3,000–$4,000 weekly during open enrollment

• Full commission breakdown provided during your interview
