Payroll Clerk
Located in Fort Myers, FL
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced payroll clerk for an established roofing company with excellent benefits and opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily input of timesheets into system
- Process hours worked and batch balancing
- Weekly payroll processing including check distribution, ACH, PP uploads
- Weekly reconciliation of voluntary deductions
- Posting journal entries
- Maintaining weekly metrics
- Vacation tracking
- Garnishments, HSA and 401K processing
- Monthly payroll accrual journal entry
Position Type: Evaluation Hire Pay: $20hr
Schedule : 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
Requirements:
Extensive payroll and excel experience required. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work in a fast paced and high volume environment, have initiative and ability to work independently.
