Job starts last week of September
Starting Pay $22 per hour

Come join a fast growing professional company in beautiful Southwest Florida. Shine Lighting is looking for a motivated, detail oriented, and quality conscious individual to join the Shine team to lead our light crew installing custom outdoor dcor and lighting.
Job Description
Read daily work orders to ensure the team has all the equipment and supplies needed for the days work.
Notify customers when the team will be arriving and be the contact with them on a jobsite.
Lead the team in installing, maintaining when necessary, and teardown of outdoor dcor on residential and commercial properties.
Maintain quality of installation, ensure all lighting is on and working correctly, conduct post-job inspection to verify property is clean and all equipment is picked up and stored before leaving jobsite.
Keep track of job hours, supplies used, and other information needed to complete each job.
Keep supply inventory and be able to communicate information to management.
Qualifications
Must like to work with others in a team environment
Must want to work in a leadership capacity
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be able to work on Saturdays
Must be able to lift and carry a ladder-up to 30 pounds
Must not be afraid of heights
Must be able to work outside
General electrical knowledge is helpful, but not necessary
