Position Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting the leadership team with timely financial insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with accounting software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Prepare and file tax documents and assist with audits.

• Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

• Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.

• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
