We are a respected CPA firm in Coral Gables, FL, serving clients in construction, real estate, aviation, auto dealerships, retail, professional services, international investors, and high-net-worth individuals. We’re looking for a seasoned tax professional ready to lead, innovate, and step beyond the traditional accounting firm model.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and review complex individual (1040) and business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041).
• Develop strategic tax planning for diverse industries.
• Provide technical tax guidance and oversee client engagements from start to finish.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying tax-saving opportunities and supporting client growth.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance performance.
• Stay current on tax law changes and ensure compliance across the firm.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred).
• CPA license required or in progress.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience with a tax focus.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
