Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Producers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Actively prospect, network, and close new business in the Property & Casualty market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and actionable improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, ride-alongs, and sales training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a competitive, high-energy, and collaborative sales culture.
  • Partner with marketing to create and execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure competitive rates and underwriting flexibility.

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of successful P&C sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
