Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Producers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Actively prospect, network, and close new business in the Property & Casualty market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and actionable improvement plans.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, ride-alongs, and sales training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
- Foster a competitive, high-energy, and collaborative sales culture.
- Partner with marketing to create and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure competitive rates and underwriting flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (required).
- Minimum 5 years of successful P&C sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
