Office Manager - I.T. Service Dispatch

Purpose:We are looking for an Office Manager – Service Dispatcher to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our office. You will be responsible for coordinating office activities, service dispatch, incoming phone calls, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, office supplies, inventory, hardware ordering, and tracking.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related matters, such as maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist with Service Dispatch role:
- Answering Helpdesk Calls
- Documenting client requests.
- Scheduling Service Tickets to the appropriate resource.
- Respond to end-user requests.
- Help to coordinate tickets with outside vendors
- Answering all incoming phone calls.
- Accounting functions from QuickBooks
- A/R and A/P
- Invoicing
- Preparing Reports
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Documentation of processes
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Provide general support to visitors, clients and handle customer inquiries.
- Plan and organize office events, such as parties, lunches, celebrations, and conferences.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Good typing skills
· Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications, QuickBooks, and generally strong computer skills.
· Experience in the MSP business or a technology-related company.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- The job is onsite at the Deerfield Beach, FL, location. Hours M-F - 8:30-am to 5-pm
