We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This role is key to expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with potential partners. Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach

Conduct prospecting calls and email campaigns to engage potential clients

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
