Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client needs and risks to provide appropriate insurance solutions and recommendations.
Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, including marketing, quoting, and presenting renewal terms.
Handle client inquiries, endorsements, and policy changes promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with producers and underwriters to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best possible service.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
Active Florida 440 or 220 license required.
Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Hawksoft, Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
