About the Role:

Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant provides high-level, confidential support to the President, including calendar and travel management, internal and external communications, and coordination of meetings and events. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Position: Administrative Assist/Executive Assistant

Compensation: Based on experience. $19 - $21.64/hr.

Openings: 1

Location: Fulltime onsite – We will provide annual parking pass

Duration: Contract to Hire (90 probationary period then converted to FT Employee)

Hours: M-F 9-5, occasional weekend/after hours event – expect a couple times per month – you will be aware of these events in advance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage President’s calendar, travel logistics, and communications (email, phone, mail)
  • Coordinate internal scheduling across departments and executive staff
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Support donor data entry and CRM maintenance (Alltrue/Blackbaud)
  • Organize internal meetings, retreats, and staff appreciation events
  • Assist with Board of Trustees (BOT) meetings and communications
  • Maintain office supplies, subscriptions, and digital/paper records
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives
  • Occasional event support during evenings/weekends

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of general administrative experience
    • Some experience as Executive or personal assistant experience – Calendar Management/Travel Support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint templates)
  • High energy, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable personal vehicle
  • Self-starter
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in nonprofitorganizations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s acceptable with experience)
  • Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, or similar design tools
  • CRM experience (especially Alltrue)
