Position Summary
The content Producer is responsible for developing, producing, and delivering individual segments and full episodes optimized for social media and video podcast platforms. This role works in close partnership with on-camera hosts, the booking and production departments, and community/social teams to create high-impact, unfiltered, bold content that dominates Podcast charts and drives viewership.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and pitch segment and episode concepts that align with Silverloch’s unapologetic, freedom-first conservative voice
- Collaborate directly with hosts to build run-of-show, craft sharp questions, and shape compelling guest interviews and confrontations
- Partner with the booking team to identify high-profile guests.
- Write script proposals, chyrons, graphics packages, captions, and on-screen text in an authentic, audience-resonant style
- Work closely with the production team to deliver polished full episodes plus high-engagement standalone clips
- Perform rapid-response research and stay ahead of late-breaking news to keep content timely and relevant
- Comfortably work behind the scenes while being ready to provide on-camera contributions when needed
- Create behind-the-scenes short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Capture footage during filming and produce engaging, high-quality vertical clips. Deliver content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other video platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience producing conservative video podcasts or streaming content
- Deep understanding of multiple podcast platforms algorithms and audience behavior
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) with the ability to edit and assemble packages quickly
- Strong conversational script-writing skills tailored to conservative viewers
- Complete comfort creating and contributing to uncensored, no-holds-barred content
- Passion for and fluency in conservative media, politics, and culture-war issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships within conservative media, political campaign networks
- Demonstrated experience driving measurable growth (follows and subscriptions) on social media and video platforms.
Location & Schedule
Full-time, on-site at our Stuart, Florida studio (remote or hybrid work is not available). Flexible hours with occasional evening/weekend work required for live events or breaking news.
