Role Description
This is a hybrid role based in South Florida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Florida Licensed Yacht Broker will be responsible for managing yacht sales transactions, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential buyers and sellers, conducting showings, preparing and negotiating contracts, and collaborating with clients to meet their needs. Additionally, the broker will stay updated on market trends, maintain organized documentation, and contribute to the company's growth and reputation in the marine industry.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the boat, yachting, and marine industry
- Proven experience in yacht brokerage and handling sales transactions
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Valid Florida Yacht Broker license
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in sales software and tools used in the yachting industry is a plus
- Passion for the maritime sector and a customer-focused mindset
