Gold Coast Physical Therapy is hiring Full-time Inbound Call Center Representatives for our organization. Candidates with solid customer service and phone skills are encouraged to apply. This position requires strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to effectively meet our patients' and clients' needs and expectations through phone interactions. This entry-level position involves scheduling clients and registering new patients in an electronic medical record (EMR) system. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor in interactions with clients and team members.

The position requires candidates to work within the center's hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 8 am-6 pm.
