As a Shipper, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. Your primary duties will include locating finished goods or parts, packing orders, and receiving incoming products into stock. Additionally, you will manage inventory replenishment for production lines and assist with regular inventory counts.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill daily orders by locating and packing finished goods or parts.
- Receive incoming products into stock and scan material information into the AS 400 system.
- Place stock in correct locations and replenish inventory to production lines as required.
- Ensure all materials are stocked accurately and in a timely manner.
- Pick materials needed for production job orders.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and year-end inventory.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of stand-up forklift experience.
- 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks.
- Basic computer skills and inventory control experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Experience with a scan gun is preferred.
- Sense of urgency and ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Work Environment
The work environment is a production warehouse without air conditioning. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with potential extensions to 5:00 pm. Expect to work 45-55 hours a week. The warehouse utilizes various equipment such as forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.42 - $17.42/hr.
