Responsibilitiesandduties
- Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in building and updating financial models used to project revenue, funding volumes, and cash flows
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc KPI dashboards and financial performance reports
- Analyze actuals versus forecasts and help develop insights to drive business decisions
- Collaborate across departments to collect and consolidate operational data
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Help automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other tools
- Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews and assist with presentation materials
- Support the Director of FP&A and broader Finance team with special projects
Education,Skill&ExperienceRequirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and initiative.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
