RemX Staffing is looking for friendly Customer Service Representatives for our client in Plantation/Miramar, FL. This is a special project that will only last 5 - 9 days but with high pay!
- Title: Customer Service Rep
- Employment Type: Contract
- Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL | ONSITE
- Salary: Training and hourly rate $24.00 - $26.00 hourly
- Start Date: Last week of December - First week of January
- Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM Monday - Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling and holiday scheduling (New Years)) There are AM and PM schedules
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Processing orders and/or activating pay cards
- Update system with relevant information per call
- Maintain great attendance and adherence
Must have customer service exp
