Job Description
The Delivery Service Dispatcher plays a crucial role in managing billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. The position requires logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Log customer calls and create service tickets accurately.
- Schedule and dispatch service personnel efficiently.
- Assist with billing disputes and ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate gas refills and address equipment safety issues.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in customer service and dispatch operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and manual order entry.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Logistics coordination or dispatching experience.
- Strong clerical and order entry capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and adapt to flexible schedules.

Work Environment
The role is based onsite in an air-conditioned office setting in a collaborative team environment. The work schedule is from 11 AM to 8 PM with a choice of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off, requiring work on both weekend days. Training involves three weeks of classroom instruction, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
