We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 8 sales representatives within our nutraceutical contract manufacturing division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies, and fostering strong alignment with operations, quality, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and knows how to balance coaching with accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team through coaching, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews.

Drive accountability for sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and margin performance.

Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, resolving challenges before they reach the Sales Director.

Partner with production, QA, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.

Develop and standardize proposals, quotes, and presentations to ensure brand consistency and professionalism.

Track, analyze, and report weekly sales performance to the Sales Director with actionable insights.
