The Director of Operations is a senior leadership position at Habitat Group responsible for overhauling and implementing new operational strategies. The individual in this role will focus on enhancing the company's performance by collaborating closely with department heads and senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all company branches, divisions, and departments, ensuring the efficiency and functionality of all business practices.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and objectives to ensure the organization meets its goals and operates successfully.
- Analyze and implement new strategies aimed at process improvements, cost reduction, and overall operational efficiency.
- Work with human resources to lead team development initiatives, ensuring a highly capable workforce.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and objectives alongside senior management. Make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare comprehensive budgets and financial reports for executive review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree would be a plus.
- Proven experience in an operations management position, preferably at a directorial level.
- Extensive knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience with financial management and budgeting.
- Exemplary leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a large team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
