Office Assistant Job Description:

  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Provide guest access to the building.
  • Coordinate with janitorial staff to maintain office cleanliness.
  • Work with the facility manager to address office issues.
  • Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Organize files when needed.
  • Schedule and reserve conference rooms for meetings.
  • Order lunch for the office.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of mail and packages.
  • Arrange transportation for guests.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks like data entry and paperwork.
  • Provide general office support and assist team members as needed.

Additional Tasks:

This role may include other administrative or office-related duties as assigned, based on the needs of the office and to optimize workflow. This position is in office, and will not be remote.

Work Schedule:

  • Part Time Schedule (2 days per week)
  • Thursday & Friday: 9 AM Close
