Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Oversee commercial collections to ensure outstanding balances are resolved efficiently.
• Handle cash application tasks, ensuring accurate allocation of payments to customer accounts.
• Coordinate billing functions to maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and execute programs to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze account data and prepare reports to support financial decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer engagement.
• Support special projects and initiatives as needed to drive departmental goals.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account sales or a related field.
