Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and develop strong relationships with prospective and current clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals by actively identifying opportunities for growth within the market.
Insurance Plan Customization: Tailor insurance solutions to match clients' specific needs, delivering personalized services and advice.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and offerings to effectively assist clients.
Community Involvement: Actively participate in local events and initiatives to enhance the company's presence and client base in the North Miami Beach area.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries efficiently, providing clarity and understanding of their insurance products.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Florida Property & Casualty License.
Bilingual Spanish Required
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales 2-3 years is required
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
