Account Manager –Building Services

Job Summary
We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee janitorial service quality across multiple client sites. This role combines customer service, quality control, and administrative coordination — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and making a visible impact.
Responsibilities
- Meet with building tenants to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct regular cleaning inspections and quality control checks
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence
- Generate supply inventory and maintenance reports
- Travel locally between client sites (clean driving record required)
Qualifications
- Must pass a background check
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with janitorial or facilities maintenance is helpful but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Occasional weekends with overtime pay
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
