Position: Personal Assistant Bilingual Admin
We're looking for a super-organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Assistant full-time flexible hours!
Work Scope:
• Handle scheduling, calls, and emails
• Assist with travel, shopping, and errands
• Manage social media posts and light marketing
• Coordinate with clients & host occasional lunches/dinners
• Support both business and personal tasks
Required Skills:
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Great phone and communication skills
• Social media savvy and creative
• Detail-oriented & reliable
• Friendly and professional
• Car or truck required
• Must be able to travel as needed
