PrideStaff is seeking an experienced and reliable Bilingual Office Assistant who will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing phones, emails, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
You must be able to excel with time management skills to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or related
- In-depth understanding of office daily operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Computer savvy
- Pleasant demeanor
- Proactive
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
