We are currently seeking Healthcare Sales Representatives to join our in-office sales team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role involves handling inbound phone calls only from customers who are interested in health insurance options. No cold calling is required.
Responsibilities

<li>Explain coverage options clearly and professionally</li>
<li>Assist customers with selecting the right plan</li>
<li>Meet weekly sales goals</li>
<li>Accurately document customer information</li>

Qualifications

<li>Clear and professional communication skills in English</li>
<li>Comfortable speaking on the phone</li>
<li>Reliable and motivated</li>
<li>Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required</li>

Pay Structure:
