The Hostess/Host is responsible for the receiving and seating of guests and performing a variety of other tasks within a restaurant establishment which may include ringing up orders, refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning eating/serving areas; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with food service operations
- Experience with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Background in hospitality and guest relations
- Ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and manage guest inquiries effectively
