Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator provides direct support to the Human Resources Director by completing administrative duties for the human resources department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office products and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, Board of Directors and in the community.
  • Must be capable of exercising sound judgment when dealing with patients, staff and community at large.
  • Ability to interface effectively with members of culturally and professionally diverse staff.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal written and oral instruction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
