Qualifications

Required Education:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • College-level coursework, particularly in business (or a closely related field), preferred.

Required Experience:

  • One (1) year of relevant clerical experience utilizing a variety of office computer technology as a function of customer service.
  • Human resources (HR) pre-employment/onboarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

  • Coordinates the maintenance, recording, preparation, and reporting of data related to personnel information.
  • Facilitates the collection and entry of human resource data and the generation and distribution of related reports and information.
  • Reviews all personnel forms for completeness, accuracy, timing, and conformity to policy guidelines.
  • Responds to candidates and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries for personnel information, providing verbal or written verification (as required).
  • May assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in reviewing applications and/or scheduling interviews.
  • Supports various Talent Acquisition initiatives and facilitates the new hire pre-employment intake sessions.
