About the Role:
The Event Director will oversee the design, planning and production of Renny & Reed’s luxury weddings and events throughout South Florida. This leadership role calls for an experienced professional who blends creative sensibility with operational mastery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of luxury weddings, social celebrations, and private events.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, translating creative vision into flawless reality.
- Collaborate with Renny & Reed’s design, floral, and production teams to deliver cohesive, elevated experiences.
- Oversee project budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, and production timelines with precision.
- Direct on-site event management to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with premium venues, vendors, and creative collaborators in South Florida.
- Mentor and support event managers, producers, and assistants to uphold Renny & Reed’s standards of excellence.
- Contribute strategically to the growth of Renny & Reed’s South Florida operations and client network.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience producing high-end weddings or luxury events.
- Proven track record managing complex, large-scale productions for elite clientele.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards, creative design, and event logistics.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Poise and professionalism in high-pressure, client-facing situations.
- Strong financial management and negotiation capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
