Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary liaison between homeowners, board members, and vendors in the communities we manage. This role ensures high-quality service delivery while supporting administrative functions and maintaining the association’s websites. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and experienced in using WordPress for content updates and document uploads.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication
- Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist residents with account questions, maintenance requests, and general community concerns.
- Document all interactions and follow-ups in the management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Website & Document Management
- Maintain and update the associations' websites using WordPress, including uploading documents, posting announcements, and updating calendar events.
- Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with association policies.
- Monitor website performance and report technical issues to IT or the web provider.
- Organize and manage digital files such as meeting minutes, newsletters, and governing documents.
Administrative Support
- Prepare and distribute community-wide communications.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support community managers with board meeting preparation and special projects.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in property or community management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
