Warehouse Associate
Reports To: Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
Job Overview: The Warehouse Laborer will perform various tasks to ensure efficient operation of the
warehouse, including loading, unloading, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work
environment. This position is critical to the smooth flow of goods and the fulfillment of customer orders.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Load and unload trucks and containers manually or with equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to order specifications.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas, ensuring accessibility and orderliness.
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by disposing of waste and hazards.
- Operate equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation (training provided if needed).
● High School degree and some college coursework or an Associates Degree or
higher in a business-related field.
● 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent
