```Duties``` - Provide excellent customer support and service to all visitors and clients - Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents - Assist with project coordination and management as needed - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members - Transcribe notes and documents accurately and efficiently - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls - Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Assist with proofreading and editing documents as needed ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a construction office or construction receptionist role is preferred - Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
