The Server Assistant/Busser is a vital role for creating exceptional guest experiences. Server Assistants/Bussers help maintain every detail with guest service throughout the dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service to each guest and team member during their shift
- Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
- Ensuring that side stations are prepped, cleaned and stocked for business demand
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high end fast paced environment
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
