JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Responsibilities include preparing, assembling, and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with the specifications and USDA/FSA/HACCP standards. Perform job duties promptly to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. Wash, clean, and cut raw food products by established regulations and procedures. Keep production areas in compliance with the sanitation standards set by LSG Sky Chefs, FDA/ USDA/HACCP, and our customers. Maintain proper temperatures of all food products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess excellent attendance, performance, and safety record
- Must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors
- Must be able to read/write/communicate in English and possess basic math skills.
- Must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment and delicate items.
- Skilled in the proper use of cutlery, mobile shelving, carts, and related industrial kitchen equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, walk, and stand for an entire work shift as well as push 30 pounds
- Must have good organizational skills, adaptable to frequent changes in specifications and diagrams.
- Must be flexible to work in an 24/7 environment which includes nights, weekends, and holidays
