Job Summary:
eBottles is the industry leader in the design, development, marketing, and distribution of rigid packaging products for the legal cannabis, hemp, and nutraceutical markets. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the role ofIT Manager Microsoft Dynamics Business Centralto help support our needs as we grow.
AsIT Managerat eBottles, youll work closely with and report to our Chief Technology Officer on a variety of projects and serve as the liaison between the business team and the technical aspects of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the CIO in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central applications used by the Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business operations and decision-making.
- Participate in the design and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Train and support end-users on Microsoft Dynamics BusinessCentral functionalities and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Programmer with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes in Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/AL, AL, and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
- Certification in Microsoft Business Central or related technologies.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in computer or information science-related field required.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Suite.
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
