Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and guests upon arrival
- Manage visitor sign-in and security protocols
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Office Coordination
- Check, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms, including setup for meetings
- Monitor and restock snack stations and communal supplies
- Administrative Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for meeting schedules and logistics
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed
- Support facilities-related tasks and liaise with building management when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable using basic office equipment and software (e.g., phone systems, email, calendars)
- High School Diploma
- Associates or Bachelor's degree, in business administration, communications, or hospitality
