A leading Financial Services firm in the Fort Lauderdale area is looking to add a Recruiting Director to thier team

You must be able to logically commute Fort Lauderdale, FL

This new team member will be responsible for the following:

• Recruiting Experienced Financial Advisors for both existing Advisory Firms and Advisor Acquisitions
• Use phone calls, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates
• Meet with candidates by phone or Virtually

In-Person Position only! Not Remote or Hybrid

Phone and Virtual Face to Face skills are necessary for success!

• Very strong sales acumen
• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing personality
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong follow through habits
• Cold calling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to learn technology platforms easily
• Ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to be self-directed
• Strong writing skills
