All Star Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Financial Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, variance analysis, and business decision-making processes. This position is responsible for developing forecasts/budgets, performing root cause analysis for variance drivers, and providing insightful financial reporting to support the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Accounting, and Marketing, to ensure accurate financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analyses, including budget vs. actuals

Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts

Analyze and consolidate financial data to support business decisions

Identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements

Partner with business leaders to answer financial questions and support departmental planning
Qualifications

Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence skills

Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders

Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of Finance/Accounting experience

Experience with Sage Intacct and Workday Adaptive preferred
