Fusion Growth Partners is seeking an experienced AR and Collections Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable processes, managing client payment issues, and driving collection efforts with professionalism and precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Act as the client-facing representative for AR issues, including contacting clients regarding declined or missed payments.
- Follow detailed collection procedures to secure outstanding payments in a professional and effective manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
- Support the SVP of Business Administration with additional administrative and financial tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing and client satisfaction.

Fusion Growth Partners is a small business incubator and accelerator for top-producing residential real estate agents and service-based businesses with under 10 employees. We are growing rapidly, and we are on a mission to 10X the business in the next 3 to 4 years.
When we partner with business owners, we invest into their business to help them grow their clientele and revenue while creating a scalable business model. We help provide all the systems and processes in a routine fashion to help these small service-based businesses grow with stability and sustainability.
We accomplish this by providing sophisticated business planning, complete systems and processes, the use of our trained staff to run those systems, and thousands of dollars in marketing capital. We earn our compensation from licensing fees or revenue share.
We love our clients and their passion to do great work for their clients, but many of them struggle to manage their books. It is an area of great stress and strain and as an organization, we take great pride in helping them remove
some of these stressors and help them focus on the "front" of the business so they can grow as we manage the "back" of the business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in AR, collections, or accounting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required.
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes.
- Professional, confident, and solutions-focused demeanor.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience).
