We are seeking energetic, bilingual and reliable professionals to join our Miami team of Insurance Sales Representatives.
Our Insurance Sales Agents are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring SALES Oriented individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate insurance decisions.
Responsibilities:
Sell the insurance products or services of the company
Be a top performer in sales representative
Take customer calls and respond to customers' queries, comments, or complaints.
Provide customers with insurance customer service support.
Live up to the company's customer service and sales standards.
Make outbound calls when required
Exceed sales targets.
Make decisions about customer service.
Requirements:
MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish to be eligible for the position
MUST be 440 CSR Licensed
Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Excellent computer skills
Professional presentation and demeanor

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + very competitive $1000+ monthly commissions pay plan.
